Blue Mud Wasp

I have photographed this little wasp in front of my condo building in Scarborough, ON. According to the Internet it is a Blue mud wasp.

Blue Mud Wasp (Chalybion californium)

While it looks innocent the Blue mud wasp is a ferocious predator often praying on black widow spiders.
